Adult Volunteer Application This form is for volunteer project leaders of the Veterinary Science Project as well as volunteering veterinarians. Project leaders should submit their completed form to their respective county agent. For volunteer veterinarians; the project leader should coordinate with the veterinarian to have the form completed and submitted to the county agent. |
Skills Checklist This is the checklist of skills required by the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. The required skills should be signed off on by the Veterinary professional with whom the student it working. All professionals should be under the authority of a licensed veterinarian. |
